A signed rental agreement and a valid photo identification and a selfie matching the photo identification is required. This process is seamless and completed online with our provider.


-You agree no to hold us responsible nor liable for anything out of our control including but not limited to and agree not to request any compensation for:

Any noise, disturbance or inconvenience caused by a third party.

Breakdown of mechanical equipment (power failure, air conditioning, washer and dryer, internet or any other malfunction that may occur.

-We reserve the right to access all properties at all times, if necessary, for emergency repairs, important maintenance work and inspection.

-No smoking allowed inside our place, however smoking OUTSIDE on the balcony is permitted, please use an ashtray.

- By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.


-Fees due at property are payable in USD cash only. Instructions will be sent where to leave the amount due. This is to be done prior to checking into our place. I displacement fee of $50usd will be charged if our caretaker needs to displace herself a second time because the funds were not left prior to checking in. You don't need to wait for anyone.

-A cleaning fee of $140usd payable in cash is due at the property
